Aerodrome holder is responsible for the consistency, reliability and high quality of Data.
EANS is not responsible for the errors in the information which emerged during Data delivery. EANS is responsible for the publication of the information in a standard format and also for making it internationally accessible.
Data is only informative. EANS is not responsible for any damage originating from the inaccuracies or incompleteness of the Data.
